Sanwa announced the first Magic mouse for PC. The MA-Touch wireless mouse is capable of recognizing finger gestures and swipes like four-directional scrolling and two-finger swiping. The main difference lies in the supported OS, as Sanwa’s MA-TOUCH is designed for use exclusively in Windows. In contrast, the Apple Magic Mouse will work in Windows but with almost all its multitouch support stripped out, essentially reducing the device to nothing more than a simple mouse with an exorbitant price tag.

Intel Core i7 arrives in December
At long last, Intel is set to roll out its latest update to the Core line of CPUs, and it’s a big one. Called Core i7, it officially arrives this month, but a final, official date has still not been set. (Most have speculated that November 17 is the arrival date, but I’ve seen reports that it will officially be out before next weekend.) You will, however start seeing official reviews of i7-based systems starting tomorrow, so the time is nigh.

PS3 Techology Powers Fastest Supercomputer
BM new supercomputer called “Roadrunner” is built and designed using components from Sony Playstation 3. Roadrunner is now the world’s fastest machine costing nearly $100 million and operates at 1 petaflop per second or 1000 trillion calculations per second. It is like powering 100,000 fastest laptop computers. Roadrunner will be used by the US government to monitor the US nuclear weapons stockpile and also for research in astronomy, energy, human genome science and climate change.
